Sunday School

Sunday School begins at 8:30am.

We have three ministry options:

1. Atrium, LEVEL 1 is for children 3-6

   It is a Montessori-style, faith-based class room. Space is limited. Please contact the church office.
   We also have lively discussions, engage in the arts and drama presentations.

2. ATRIUM LEVEL 2 is for children 6-11

   These 6- to 11-year-olds are growing and changing. Their scope expands. They are more social. They wonder about big questions: how did God create the universe? What about evolution? If God was Jesus’ father, what about Joseph? What about problems like homelessness and climate change? How do I live out my relationship to God? We meet them here and engage with them in these big questions. We help them integrate and synthesize what they learned as little ones, and build on their understanding of Scripture and worship. In addition to their time in the Atrium working with materials, we have a meeting time just for them in a separate room, where we talk and wonder together. 

   There is no cost for your child to participate in this program. However, space is limited. Please contact the church office (206-284-0155) for registration information.

   3. Confirmation is for youth who are 11-14

   Class happens on Sunday mornings at 11:30am in the Pastor’s office.
